The top apartment sleeps two people comfortably in one twin bedded room. It is let as a holiday home for short breaks and is not to be used for any other purpose.  

The weekly let is from 5pm Friday on the date of arrival to 10am on the following Friday, the date of departure.

The cost of all power, heating and lighting is included in the rental.

There is a public telephone nearby in the park.

Although the top apartment is cleaned between lets, please do leave the flat as you would wish to find it.

Bed linen is provided for two single beds.

Regrettably no pets.  

These will be sent to you in the week before your holiday.

A security deposit of £100 per week booked is required on booking and is returned following your stay.

In the unfortunate event of cancellation, efforts will be made to find a replacement booking. If successful in rebooking the apartment, the deposit and the rental will be refunded less costs, otherwise the rental cannot be refunded.

It is strongly recommended that insurance is taken out to cover not only the possibility of cancellation but also any damage caused or breakages, accidental or otherwise, for which the tenant is responsible.
