Accommodation

Accommodation	The cottage sleeps up to four people comfortably in two bedrooms; one double and one twin bunk bedroom. The cottage is let as a holiday home for short breaks and is not to be used for any other purpose.
Arrival & Departure	The weekly let is from 5pm Friday on the date of arrival to 10am on the following Friday, the date of departure.
Gas & Electricity	The cost of all power, heating and lighting is included in the rental.
Telephone	There is a public telephone nearby in the village square.
Cleaning	Although the cottage is cleaned between lets, please do leave the flat as you would wish to find it.
Linen	Bed linen is required for one double and two single beds.
Pets	Pets allowed by prior arrangement only.
Keys & Directions	These will be sent to you in the week before your holiday.
Security Deposit	A security deposit of £100 per week booked is required on booking and is returned following your stay.
Rental & Payment	Please call to check availability of the cottage. The holiday rental is payable in full three months in advance. Please make the cheque payable to: S J Morris.
Cancellation	In the unfortunate event of cancellation, efforts will be made to find a replacement booking. If successful in rebooking the flat, the deposit and the rental will be refunded less costs, otherwise the rental cannot be refunded.
Insurance	It is strongly recommended that insurance is taken out to cover not only the possibility of cancellation but also any damage caused or breakages, accidental or otherwise, for which the tenant is responsible.
